Hi there,

I hope this letter finds you well! In Thailand we got to partner with Bella Goose. Bella Goose is a business in missions organization. Through this coffee shop they help many mission organizations in Chiang Mai. One organization that they help with is called the Flying V program which is all about helping create wind under wings of their people so that they may leave the nest and be ready to take the next steps. Bella goose also partners with a foster care home. At the foster care, they teach them Bible lessons.  They are taught how to care for themselves as well as cleaning up after themselves. Not only that, they also assist in an orphanage by teaching them reading & writing and also history.

While my team and I were in Thailand, we got the privilege to step into these ministries and help them. With the Flying V program they help equip and empower people for the future. (Vocational training). They equip them by teaching them English, baristas specifically,  professional development, and they do sponsorship. This helps kids to go to school. Our role for this program was helping to do some research and make presentations. They use these presentations to train future generations that may come through this organization.

Hanging out with the kiddo

At the orphanage, my team and I got the opportunity to build some great relationships with the kids. We take turns teaching them reading and writing or social studies. We hangout with them indoor and outdoor just having fun. My team and I were honored to be asked to paint the playground set as it was getting rusty since it hasn’t been updated since covid.

Assisted kids in their after learning activities!

Alpha renew the foster home that we went to. At the foster care, we got the opportunity to plan something for the day. Oftentimes we would teach them worship songs, rotate in teaching Bible lessons. At  Alpha renew we danced and laughed a lot. One day a week we help Bella goose paint their house that they provide for people that come from difficult places. God is working everywhere in every country.

Blessings,
